Strategic leader for a comprehensive academic success and retention program supporting over 400 first-generation and low-income college students annually. Oversee a $700K+ departmental budget and manage an 8-person cross-functional team while designing equity-centered initiatives that integrate academic advising, leadership development, emotional wellness, and cultural identity. Lead major efforts including a six-week Residential Summer Bridge Program, year-round identity-based collectives for BIPOC students, and a trauma-informed training framework for staff and student leaders.
