Paulaska Ramirez is a dynamic, equity-centered leader, educator, and founder with more than 15 years of experience across higher education, nonprofit leadership, consulting, and community impact. As a proud first-generation trailblazer, she brings both lived experience and professional expertise to building transformative spaces where individuals, teams, and organizations can thrive.

She is the Founder & Executive Director of Generation Fearless, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and supporting first-generation women through mentorship, leadership development, wellness initiatives, scholarships, and community-centered programming. Through this work, she has designed and led impactful retreats, conferences, leadership institutes, and professional development experiences that help individuals navigate identity, healing, career growth, and generational transformation.

Paulaska is also the Principal Consultant of Fearless Impact Collective, where she partners with organizations, institutions, and leaders to strengthen workplace culture, leadership development, employee engagement, learning strategy, and organizational effectiveness. Her work focuses on helping leaders become more culturally responsive, people-centered, and equipped to lead across generations and diverse communities.

In addition to her leadership and consulting work, Paulaska has served in higher education administration since 2010 and is an Adjunct Professor committed to student success, retention, equity, and holistic development. She is recognized for her ability to move seamlessly between classrooms, boardrooms, and community spaces while creating environments where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and empowered.

Fearless Impact Collective represents the next evolution of work at the intersection of identity, leadership, workplace culture, and systems transformation. Partners with nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, and emerging corporate clients to strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and belonging through consulting, facilitation, and leadership development experiences. Founded and scaled a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and supporting first-generation women through leadership development, mentorship, wellness initiatives, and transformative community experiences. Designed and led retreats, institutes, workshops, conferences, and culturally responsive programming centered on identity, belonging, emotional wellness, resilience, financial wellness, and leadership development.  Built strategic partnerships across higher education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors while helping position Generation Fearless as an emerging voice in first-generation leadership, healing, and belonging work.

 

Associate Director

Educational Opportunity Fund Program (EOF), William Paterson University | 2019 – 2025

Strategic leader for a high-impact student success and retention program supporting more than 500 first-generation and low-income students annually. Led strategy, operations, and program development focused on leadership development, identity exploration, emotional wellness, academic success, and student persistence. Oversaw a departmental budget exceeding $700K while supervising multidisciplinary teams and advancing innovative, equity-centered support models. Implemented an integrated student success framework that increased first-year persistence rates to 82.6%, surpassing institutional goals.
